Leadership & Management

Eric Oware Amoah (Founder & Board Chair)
Eric Oware Amoah (widely known as Dollar Man) is a financial expert and entrepreneur, and the Founder and Chair of the Dollar City Foundation. He has led and supported several community-focused initiatives, with a strong commitment to education, social support, and sustainable development in underserved communities.
Through his leadership, he continues to champion initiatives that empower young people, strengthen community capacity, and promote responsible financial and social development. His work reflects a deep belief in practical impact, accountability, and long-term solutions that improve lives.

Prince Anin-Agyei (Director of Operations – Advisory)
Prince Anin-Agyei is a development practitioner with over a decade of experience in NGO operations, education-focused programming, media and strategic communication in Ghana.
He has worked with a nationwide foundation supporting over 8,000 widows, gaining practical experience in program coordination, stakeholder engagement, and accountable resource management.
He currently provides advisory support as Director of Operations at the Dollar City Foundation, overseeing program execution, coordination, and systems that support effective service delivery and donor accountability.
